How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

In order to unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists, you can log into your account on the website and click "settings." You will then have the option to opt out and/or unsubscribe to any mailing lists.​

In order to update or add an email address, you need to log into your account on the website. Then, you will click on "My Account."​

I want to return my order! What do I do?

All items can be returned within thirty (30) days. Merchandise must be returned in the condition in which the individual received them, with tags. Refunds can be given if individual contacts Generation Soccer Club within five (5) days after receiving the item(s). Individual can expect a full refund within five (5) days after Generation Soccer Club has received the item(s).

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as they are received. Depending on your purchase method, it usually take 24-72 hours to be refunded.

Are there generationsc.com gift certificates and/or gift cards?

We currently do not have gift certificates and/or gift cards.​

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

No. You will be given a final price during your checkout.​

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

If an item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it could be sold out. In many cases, sold out products will not be visible on the website.​

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

If a particular item that you want is out of stock, you can contact us through the website or email to make a request.​

There are many reasons why a charge was declined. Double check that your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address are entered correctly. If the card being used is not your card we recommend you contact the card owner to verify you have the correct information. If the charge is still being declined, we recommend you contact your bank to make sure there is not a hold on your card. Your bank may have put a hold on your card for fraudulent activity or insufficient funds.
